Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized ripe tomatoes
- 2 medium-sized cucumbers
- 1 medium-sized white onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Begin by washing the vegetables under cold running water. Use a sharp knife to remove the stem and core from the tomatoes, then slice them into thin wedges. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Peel the cucumbers, then slice them into thin rounds. Add them to the mixing bowl with the tomatoes.
- Peel the white onion and cut it in half. Thinly slice each half and add it to the mixing bowl with the other vegetables.
- Add the chopped parsley to the mixing bowl, along with the olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Use a large spoon to toss the salad gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
