- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- For Toast:
- 6 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- tsp red chilli powder
- |lt to taste
Instructions:
For Paneer Tikka:
- cut paneer into small cubes and keep aside.
- in a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, oil, lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves to make a marinade.
- Add paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well. Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, take the paneer out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Thread the paneer cubes onto skewers and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the skewers halfway through the cooking time to cook the paneer evenly.

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the bread slices into halves diagonally.
- Apply butter on each slice and sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder, and salt.
- Place the bread slices on a baking tray and bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

- Take the paneer tikka skewers out of the oven and let them cool down for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the paneer cubes from the skewers and place them on the toasted bread slices.
