Ingredients
For the Koftas:

- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- For Garnishing:
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Grated paneer
Instructions:
- To make the koftas, mix together the grated paneer, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix everything well and knead the mixture to form a smooth dough. Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is hot enough, add the kofta balls into the pan and fry until they turn golden brown.
- Take out the kofta balls using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- To make the gravy, blend the soaked cashews in a blender to form a smooth paste.
- Heat butter in a separate pan and add cumin seeds. Let the seeds crackle, and then add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
