- 1 litre of full-fat milk
- 1/2 cup of basmati rice
- 1/2 cup of sugar

- 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Chopped nuts for garnishing
Instructions:
- Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain the water from the rice and grind it to a coarse paste in a blender or food processor. Add 1/4 cup of milk to the rice paste and mix well.
- Heat the remaining milk in a heavy-bottomed pan on medium heat. Add the rice paste and stir well.
