- Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Mint chutney
- Tamarind chutney
Instructions:
- To prepare the batter, take a mixing bowl and add gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste.
- Mix well and add water to the mixture. Whisk it until you get a smooth and lump-free batter.
- Keep the batter aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
- Add chopped onions and green chilies to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
