Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp red chili powder

- 1 tbsp oil
- Water as required

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add bajra flour and besan. Mix well.
- Add chopped methi leaves and onions to the mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste. Mix everything together.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil to the mixture and mix well. This will help to bind the mixture together.
- Gradually add water to the mixture to form a soft dough. Knead the dough well for about 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- After resting, divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
- On a clean surface, take a dough ball and roll it into a small circle.
- Heat a tawa or griddle on medium-high heat.
- Place the rolled roti on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on one side.
- Flip the roti and cook for another minute on the other side.

- Repeat the same process with the remaining dough balls.
